You still start with a two-minute live video chat, you still decide Like or Pass at the end, and messaging still only unlocks after a mutual match. Yes. Join as many as fit your life right now and switch anytime — you could be in School looking for a roommate and Relationships looking to date, at the same time.
Yes. Every Pool uses the same two-minute live video chat, mutual Like/Pass system, and safety moderation described on How It Works — only the matching pool of people changes.
Your core profile (age, verification status) carries over, but you can tailor what you're looking for separately in each Pool, so a study-buddy match doesn't see the same framing as a dating match.
Start with whatever's most pressing — if you need a roommate by next semester, start with School; if you just want to meet people generally, Lifestyle is the broadest starting point.
